1608-1613 Prior des Prämonstratenserklosters Ober-Ilbenstadt. Ebf. Johann Schweikhard von Mainz wies am 30. Mai 1613 aus Aschaffenburg den Propst zur Absetzung von Boppius an, da er in seiner Amtsverwaltung fahrlässig sei, geringen Respekt im Konvent genieße und keinen angemessenen Lebenswandel führe.
